Registration begins at 10:45 am

The Open Pairs Championship will begin at 11.30am. After late lunch, the Swiss Teams Event will begin at approximately 4.00pm.

Join us at the Carlton Bridge Club for the 2026 East District Congress, featuring a full weekend of red-pointed Swiss Pairs and Swiss Teams events.

Held across Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June, the congress includes the Cowan Cup Swiss Pairs and the Hunter Cup Swiss Teams, alongside prize categories for Silver and Bronze competitors.

Both events are designed to offer a full day of competitive bridge in a welcoming club environment.

• 6 x 8-board matches

• 48 boards in total

The congress takes place at the Carlton Bridge Club.

Food and refreshments will be available to purchase throughout both days via the Carlton caterers, including:

• Tea & coffee

• Soup & sandwiches

• Cakes and light refreshments

Please note the Carlton operates as a cashless venue. Food and drink purchases must be made via debit or credit card only.

Players are kindly asked not to bring external food into the premises.
